Privacy

A plain-language privacy notice.

This page explains what the Front & Function website currently collects, how review requests work, and what not to send. Last updated July 16, 2026.

What this site collects

Front & Function does not currently install advertising trackers or a site analytics service. The public pages can be viewed without creating an account. The dashboard and workflow examples use generated demonstration data and are not intended for real customer information.

Digital review requests

The review form securely submits the information you enter to Front & Function. That can include your name, business, email address, optional phone number, website, city, and the operational details you choose to provide.

How information is used

Information you send is used to understand your request, respond, prepare recommendations, and maintain ordinary business records. Front & Function does not sell inquiry information or add it to purchased marketing lists.

Sensitive information

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, protected health information, or other sensitive personal information through the review form or demonstration sites.

Service providers and links

Front & Function uses its website hosting provider to securely store review requests. The form also records the referring page and basic browser information for security and troubleshooting. It does not intentionally collect precise location. Links to portfolio websites and other third-party services are governed by those services' own privacy practices.

Retention

Unconverted review requests are reviewed for deletion after 90 days. Information connected to an active project or ordinary business record may be retained longer when reasonably needed for service delivery, security, accounting, or legal obligations. Short-lived rate-limit records contain a one-way client hash rather than a raw network address.

Questions and requests

To ask what inquiry information Front & Function has, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question, use the review form and select email as the best contact method. Some records may be retained when reasonably needed for security, legal, or business-record obligations.
